Ingredients:
1/4 cup "Maple Jack Syrup"
4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
In a large bowl, toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, Maple Jack Syrup, ground cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
